PRIVATE PARTIES
We normally host parties on Saturday afternoons. You would have exclusive use of the clubhouse and it's facilities, including a cooker, tea urn, microwave, crockery etc., and the outside picnic area. We would run trains from 2.00 till 4.30, with unlimited rides for children and adults, and aim to close the gates at 5.00pm. You could come any time after 1.00pm if you wanted to put up balloons or decorations etc.
We can accommodate up to 30 children with accompanying parents.
If you wanted to put up a bouncy castle or similar, that's ok, but we don't organise that, it would be up to you. Any third party operator would be required to provide evidence of public liability insurance.
The cost of the party is £325 for 2024. We would require a £50 deposit to confirm the booking, and you can pay the balance on or before the day. Should the party be cancelled because of bad weather, we will refund the deposit.
